Description
This module will help you learn about the traditional musical instruments of East Asia. It will allow you to improvise musical instruments which will enhance your sense of creativity. There are seven different activities designed for you to be able to master the lesson. It will take you one to two weeks to complete the activities. If you have questions or concerns about this module, please do not hesitate to seek assistance from your teacher.
Objectives
After going through this module, you are able to:
Identify the traditional East Asian instruments according to their classification;
Appreciate the culture of East Asian countries in relation to instrumental music;
Recognize Philippine musical Instruments that have similar characteristics to that of East Asian countries.
Improvise simple accompaniment that would simulate East Asian instruments.
